The conference fee provides you with:
- Access to all conference events, including world-renowned guest speakers and panelist discussions with industry specialists.
- Networking opportunities including cocktail hours.
- Meals throughout the day, including lunch, dinner and coffee breaks.
Booking Travel
Please note that travel is not included with registration and you should book your flights early. For information on flights and travel to Madrid, please visit our Travel page here.
Also, when booking, please keep in mind that we may be offering an extended program and post-conference tours, in which you are welcome to participate. More details about post-conference activities will be posted here soon.

We have negotiated discounted hotel fees at several hotels. The main hotel is

Double room, per night: 145 € (72.5 € per person per night)

Registration Instructions
Please complete all the mandatory fields. After you have entered all the required information, click "Continue" once. You will then be asked to confirm your details and proceed with the payment. Click "Confirm and Pay" once, and enter your payment information. You are not registered until you reach a confirmation page.
Before you proceed to the registration form please to be sure to have the following information:
- An email address where you can receive your receipt.
- A credit card for paying the conference fee.
- Your choice between the three tracks of program of day 2 (Agenda).
