The conference fee provides you with:
- Access to all conference events, including world-renowned guest speakers and panelist discussions with industry specialists.
- Networking opportunities including cocktail hours.
- Meals throughout the day, including breakfasts, lunch, and/or dinner.
Booking Travel

Also, when booking, please keep in mind that we are offering an extended program and post-conference tours, which all are welcome to participate in. Focus regions
Part of the program will contain special sessions discussing the unique entrepreneurial context within Africa and Eastern Europe. Thanks to the great generosity of our sponsors, we are happy to provide a special discount for participants from these focus regions.
Africa
The GSW has not been held in Africa yet, but we are looking forward to hosting the conference somewhere on the continent soon. In the meantime, we are offering a discounted rate to all African countries.
Eastern Europe
Eastern Europe is sometimes characterized as the new Europe. Several countries recently joined the European Union, some are on the verge of joining, and virtually all have significant potential for development via entrepreneurship. Countries entitled to the Eastern European discount include Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, FYR Macedonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and the Ukraine.
Hotel Costs
We have also negotiated the following discounted hotel fees at the Radisson SAS Royal Garden Hotel, where the conference will be held:
Single room, per night: 1075 NOK
Double room, per night: 1185 NOK (592.5 NOK per person per night)
And a limited number of available rooms at a budget alternative, P-hotels:
Single room, per night: 595 NOK
Double room, per night: 695 NOK (347.5 NOK per person per night)
P-hotels is located about 0.5 km from the Royal Garden Hotel.
The registration site will assist you with reserving a room at these rates for the conference dates.
Note: If you are planning to stay in Trondheim outside the time frame of the
conference, you are responsible for booking your own hotel room. There are
many good hotels in Trondheim, but we recommend Royal Garden Hotel, where we will be lodging during the conference. As a
participant of the Global Startup Workshop, you will get a nice discount
here. This discount applies from March 25. until April 1.
If you are arriving earlier than March 25, you have to contact us
(oystepet@stud.ntnu.no). If you plan to arrive before Monday March 26 or plan to stay past Wednesday March 28 at the Royal Garden Hotel or elsewhere in Trondheim, you will need to book your room for those nights directly with the hotel (Royal Garden Hotel).

Please complete all 9 pages. On the final page, titled "Payment" click "Continue" once after you have entered all required information. You are not registered until you reach the "Thank you" page.
Before you proceed to the registration form please to be sure to have the following information:
- An email address where you can receive your receipt.
- A credit card for reserving your hotel room and for paying the conference fee.
- The name of your preferred roommate if you wish to share a double occupancy room with a specific individual (He or she will have to register separately and list your name as well).
- Your choice between the three tracks of program of day 2 (Agenda).
- Your choice of post conference tours, if any (Post-Conference Tours).
